A Few Words About Me
Abi Ruivo, PGDip
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is
accredited with the BABCP. The BABCP is the national governing body for CBT Therapists. I
received my undergraduate degree from Lancaster University with a Bachelors degree in
Psychology. I then went on to earn a Certificate in Psychological Therapies from Surrey
University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University
of Manchester.
