What do I need to get started?
You will need a smart phone, desktop computer,
laptop or tablet and a steady internet connection. You will also need a built-in camera
and microphone. That’s it!
How to enter the platform?
Download zoom here. I will send you a link to join the
appointment via email just before our planned session time. Click on the link which will
take you to our session.
Payment and fees
How do I pay for sessions?
All sessions are paid for via paypal- a system
used world wide by businesses and companies to pay safely online. You can set up an
account here. Just add your debit or credit
card details- this takes 5 minutes.
When do I pay for sessions?
Full payment must be made before the start of the
session. A time must be agreed by both parties before payment is sent. You will receive
confirmation of payment via email.
Terms and conditions:
Peaceful Mind Therapy is not responsible for any
additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other
fees Peaceful Mind Online Therapy reserves the right to change fees, but you will be
notified in advance of any increases.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment notice must be
given 48 hours prior. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled before this
time will be charged at full price.
Confidentiality
Peaceful Mind Online Therapy is a confidential
service. Any information shared will remain completely confidential. Information is
obtained, processed and stored in compliance with the General Data Protection
Regulation. The only time that confidentiality may need to be broken is if there is a
risk of harm indicated to any child or vulnerable adult.
