concerns that you may have.

sessions required depends on the individual’s specific difficulties. This is all discussed
and agreed upon during the free consultation.
We will
explore how your thought patterns and behaviours are maintaining difficulties and blocking
desired progress.
We will then
use CBT techniques to help you overcome the blocks identified and achieve your personal
therapy goals.
